DRAWWORKS: 2008 National 610 type drawworks (Model: Oil Works1000) built by USA manufacture Oil Works. Rated for 1000 hp and driven mechanically by two 540 hp C-15 Caterpillar engines. Consistsof a single drum, single shaft 610 drawworks mounted on a heavy-duty framework with 1¼” lebus grooving. New 3x24” Eaton brake with closed loop braking cooling system. Two catheads for break-out, make-up. Single line pull is rated to 62,000 lbs. The drawworks can be upgraded to 1,300 hp with higher spec engines.

PRIME MOVERS: The drawworks are driven by two new Caterpillar C-15 (Tier III Emissions certification) engines rated at 540 hp each @ 2,100 rpm. The engines are complete with transmission, cooler, hydraulic pump, air compressors, and instrument panel. The Cat engines provide power through two in-line compound C195-100 torque converters rated up to 650 net hp.

DERRICK:2008 manufactured 142ft x21 ft with 500,000lb SHL I-beam derrick, designed and built in accordance with API 4F. Crown block assembly comes with four 42” fleet sheaves; one 42” fastline sheave; and one 42” deadline sheave. Racking board has capacity for 15,000 ft total drillpipe (10,000 ft of 4-1/2” and 5,000 ft of 3-1/2”). Provisions to allow for drill pipe sizes from 3-1/2” to 5”” and drill collar sizes from 3½”” to 9”. MUD CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT: 1,350 bbl mud system with two Derrick 3 panel linear motion shakers. One Oilworks desander with 2- 10” cones. One Oilworks desilter with 14 3” cones.
